Are you the first to offer sincere congratulations? Do you intend to thank God for what has happened?

Once you start to journal your blessings it becomes not only easier to spot them, but easier to get into the practice of thanking God for them.

Write down all the things that God has given you, and  the people who have done things for you in the last few years, and thank Him for them.

We must thank God for nature, for other people, each of the parts of our body; and give thanks to God for who he is.

Christian churches have offered their facilities to be used as as an emergency centers to treat victims.

You cannot say you are a follower of Jesus if your life does not show the gratitude that always characterised the Master.

It is even more difficult to find people who recognise the greatness of their parents, and even more difficult to find young people who will say it publicly. It seems to be out of fashion.

Before a what, there has always been a who. As the author of all creation, the Bible insists, God is the only legitimate object of our gratitude for existence.
