“The Forum is the best training event I've seen in Europe in the last 20-25 years”, says Prof. John Lennox. The morning Bible teacher will be Peter J. Williams, Principal and CEO of Tyndale House.
Registration is now open for the 16th annual European Leadership Forum. The upcoming meeting will take place from 19- 24 May 2018 in Wisla, Poland.

The mission of the Forum is to identify, unite, and resource European evangelical leaders so they can renew the biblical church and re-evangelise Europe. This invitation-only gathering brings together hundreds of evangelical Christian leaders from across Europe for specialised training, mentoring, resource sharing, and networking.
“I've been coming to the European Leadership Forum for quite a number of years now”, says Lindsay Brown, who leads the Fellowship of Evangelists in the Universities in Europe. “I think I probably go to around 15 conferences a year around the world. The Forum is the best training event I've seen in Europe in the last 20-25 years. And it's also unique on a global scale.”
NETWORKING
Forum participants are grouped into educational communities called Networks, which focus on such diverse areas as Bible teaching and preaching, youth ministry, organisational leadership, church planting, science, counselling, the arts, politics and public policy, and discipleship.
Additionally, an Expo connects attendees with dozens of Christian organisations and universities. One-on-one personal mentoring sessions give participants an opportunity to speak to leading experts in various fields of ministry.
Special year-round mentoring cohorts allow many participants to receive training over the course of a year through small group webinars and an in-person retreat.
“In my life I've been to over 200 Christian conferences,” says Paul Webber, minister of Above Bar Church in Southampton. “I think the European Leadership Forum is the most strategic one that I've been part of. It has great Bible teaching and sung worship and fellowship. But the unique thing about the Forum is the Networks, where you have continuous relationships which often go deeper, the personal mentoring sessions that are offered, and the year-round mentoring groups.”
The 2018 Forum’s morning Bible teacher will be Peter J. Williams, Principal and CEO of Tyndale House. Evening plenary speakers will be announced in the near future.
OVER 850 PARTICIPANTS
Over 850 participants are expected to attend. For many participants, the yearly Forum meeting is an oasis of learning and community.
“The Forum brings a lot of value to people's lives because it puts value on you,” says Ioana Sandescu, who is part of the leadership team of eLiberare, an anti-human trafficking organisation in Romania. “With the Forum you're encouraged to build relationships and build connections. So I think one of the most tangible ways in which the Forum benefited me as an individual and our ministry as an organisation was by opening the doors for connections and partnerships.”
“This is the place where I get fed,” adds Damaris Otremba, a painter and church planter from Poland. “This is the place where people are investing in me because over the year I'm always investing in somebody else. So this is the only place that for a few days somebody can invest in me and in my life, spiritually and emotionally. It’s amazing.”
REGISTRATION
An early registration discount is available to those who apply to attend the Forum by Friday, 15 September. A limited number of scholarships are also available to participants who are native to Central, Eastern, and Southern European countries.
