Thousands of people participated in the March for Jesus in six French cities on 3 June.

The streets of Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg, Lille, Metz, and for the first time, Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe) were full of music, testimonies and prayers, to “share God's love and the message of salvation in Jesus Christ with those who do not yet know him”, said organisers.

“We want to have an impact on society”

Gilbert Léonian, president of the March for Jesus France, explained in an interview with French news website, Info Chrétienne that “the main aim of the March for Jesus is to promote unity, communion and cooperation among God's people, especially evangelical Christians, but “it is open to all those who want to make Jesus known”
