Christians worldwide are called to join for International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church on November 10th.

The WEA organised an event to prepare the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (IDOP) 2022, which will take place on November 6 and 13.

The AEI federal assembly presented its annual report and its upcoming projects of a humanitarian corridor for Afghan refugees and a protocol to fight abuse.

The European Evangelical Alliance calls on Evangelicals to pray for “the area of Europe where the Church suffers the most: the Donbas region of Eastern Ukraine” during the IDOP.

Christians and churches worldwide will join for the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Christians on November 7 and 14.

This year International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church is on November 10th. One out of every nine professing Christians face persecution, isolation and violence worldwide.

Practical steps for strengthening the church.

The WEA encourages Christians and local churches to get involved in the International Days of Prayer for the Persecuted Church on November, 11.

Around 1800 people from 160 churches gathered throughout Spain to pray for the persecution of Christians. “There are no closed borders, prisons or doors when we pray”.

Sundays 5th and 12th of November have been set apart to advocate and pray for the Persecuted Church. This year’s motto is “From ashes to glory”.

For 20 years, IDOP has united millions of Christians to denounce and pray for those who suffer persecution. This year, events are being held the first three Sundays of November.

The IDOP joins millions of Christians worldwide, to pray for those who suffer because of their faith in Jesus. Resources are offered by several organisations with facts and prayer requests.

The Religious Liberty Commission of the WEA has set apart the first two Sundays of November, to remember thousands of Christians around the world who suffer persecution because of their faith in Christ.
