The city council in southern Spain launches a comprehensive municipal maternity and life support programme.

The Mayor of Seville received the Spanish news website Protestante Digital prize, which celebrates coexistence. A hundred people attended an emotional event.

The pastor of the Evangelical Church of Castelldefels (Spain) looks back at the first 7 years of work in the city and addresses the current challenges.

The award goes in its fourteenth edition to the Seville City Council. The city promotes a touristic route of Protestant history and has named several streets after Evangelical women.

The event was attended by around a thousand people, including local authorities of the Spanish city.

The project, offered by the Evangelical Council to show the impact of Reformed faith in theSpanish city, received full support from the authorities.

A church in southern Spain was awarded an Honourable Mention by the City Council. “The Lord blessed us today to continue blessing others”, they said.

A representative of the local authorities congratulated the graduates. Spanish evangelical leaders also attended the event.

The Council had justified its decision because of previous comments on sexuality of one of the speakers. Now it admits that it "acted unlawfully” and against religious freedom.

New Textile Life is a textile workshop that aims to give people at risk of exclusion “an opportunity to regain an independent life”.

The Spanish Vice President presented a project to provide city councils with tools and resources “to manage religious diversity with equality, freedom and tolerance”.

It is unusual that the Council of a big Spanish city officially promotes and supports an evangelical event.
