The federation of French mission organizations launches a national questionarie to “gain a broad overview of what evangelicals in France think about missions”.
Connect Missions, the federation of French-speaking mission organizations, which is a member of the National Council of Evangelicals in France (CNEF), recently launched a national questionnaire on the mission in France.
The aim of the survey is “to better understand the perceptions and commitment of French evangelical toward missions”.
Entitled Evangelicals and Mission: What Perceptions? What Commitments?, it also seeks to “gain a broad overview of what evangelicals in France think about transcultural mission”.
The questionnaire is open to anyone who identifies as an evangelical and lives in France. It is completely anonymous, consists of only closed questions, and only takes about ten minutes to complete.
According to Connect Missions, “very few studies have been conducted on this subject in recent years, even though the evangelical population in France has undergone considerable renewal”.
At the end of July, nearly 470 people have already participated in the survey. “The goal is to reach approximately 1,000 respondents by the end of the summer, to obtain reliable and meaningful results”, they said.
This data will then be analyzed and the results will be published in the fall.
"Your responses will be of great value to us. It will enable the many member organizations of Connect Missions to adjust their approach to raising awareness and mobilizing local churches around mission, both in France and internationally”, stressed the authors.
