The Forum of Christian Leaders (organiser of the annual European Leadership Forum conference in Poland) is organising four free online Master Classes for the months ahead.

The organisers told Evangelical Focus that these webinar (each of them 3.5 hours long) will cover topics from relational conflict resolution to evangelical theology to understanding and using AI.

Hosted virtually and free to attend, these events will begin on 24 January and will continue through April. These events are hosted virtually and are free to attend.

All Evangelical Focus news and opinion, on your WhatsApp.

All of them will be held on Saturdays, starting on 15.00 London time.

Registration is need and can be completed here.

How to Deal with Relational Conflict

First, on 24 January, the Executive Director of Lanier Foundation, David Fleming, will present a Master Class on ‘How to Deal with Relational Conflict: A Biblical Toolkit’.

David explains: “The truth is, if we live with, work around, and minister to people, the occasional relational conflict is inevitable. This Master Class will explore the nature of conflict in the context of ministry and examine the Bible as a guide to effective conflict resolution”.

Evangelicals Tempted by Roman Catholicism

Next, on 21 February, Leonardo De Chirico, Director of Reformanda Initiative, will present a Master Class on ‘Why Some Evangelicals Are Tempted by Roman Catholicism and How to Respond’.

Leonardo writes: “Since the 20th century, when a ‘conversion story’ was heard, it would typically be one from Roman Catholicism to Evangelicalism. While this is still the case on a global scale, the reverse direction is gaining momentum… It is important to understand what is happening and how to respond biblically”.

Understanding and Using AI Wisely

On 7 March, Charlie Catlett, Senior Computer Scientist at Argonne National Laboratory and The University of Chicago, will give an engaging Master Class on ‘A Christian Guide to Understanding and Using AI Wisely’.

Charlie says: “The pace of improvement in artificial intelligence (AI) has been daunting, with forecasts of transformations—some utopian, others dystopian—touching nearly every aspect of life… This Master Class explains how AI works, what’s coming next, and how to use it wisely and effectively in ministry and daily life—guided by biblical principles of wisdom, stewardship, truth, and love of neighbour”.

Inspired Scripture Leads to Jesus

To end the season, Steffen Jenkins, Lecturer at Union School of Theology, will present a Master Class on 25 April, covering the topic: ‘Word of Life: How Inspired Scripture Gives Us Jesus’.

Steffen asks: “What does it mean to say that Scripture is ‘inspired’? We will see that Scripture is what it is because God is who He is. In Scripture, Good Himself speaks and offers us His Son and all that He has won for us. By hearing Scripture with faith, we do more than learn about Jesus: we enter into a relationship with Him”.

On Zoom

These free Master Classes will be held on the Zoom platform and will include a time for questions and answers. Participants will be able to join from home or in groups from church settings.

FOCL also organises the annual European Leadership Forum (ELF) conference in Wisła, Poland. The registration for the 2026 gathering is already open. Learn more about ELF conference 2026 on the official website.
