Ester Herasimovich is Youth Coordinator for Community Bible Study Europe, where she has trained over 500 leaders in creating and facilitating transformational Bible groups. She serves actively in Russian-speaking communities across Central Asia and Europe, constantly experimenting with creative formats to help young adults genuinely engage with Scripture. She serves on the Scripture Engagement Team for Lausanne 2027 (YLG4) and is a local church minister. Her ministry began with a simple prayer at fifteen: "God, your Book is so boring - teach me how to love it." That prayer is still being answered
