Jim Eaton
Peace & Reconciliation Network (PRN) USA Co-Coordinator
Pastor Jim Eaton is a pastor and intercultural & multi-faith consultant. He was raised in the South Asian country of Bangladesh which gave him a third-culture perspective. In college he met Natalie, who promptly stole his heart. Pastor Eaton attended seminary, earning two master’s degrees in biblical studies.
The Eatons have served in intercultural ministry in South Africa, Germany, Chicago and the Washington, DC area. In 2005 Mosaic Church was founded as an intercultural church reaching pluralistic and diverse people in Frederick and the I-270 biotech corridor of Washington, DC.
In 2023, Eaton was asked to join Multi-Faith Neighbors Network by co-founders Pastor Bob Roberts and Imam Mohamed Magid. He served as Area Coordinator for metro Washington, DC, engaging in peacebuilding through relationships, dialogue and civic engagement with over 100 Jewish, Muslim and Christian faith leaders across the DC area. At about the same time Pastor Eaton also joined Converge Worldwide serving part-time as their Co-Director of Biblical Diversity, leading this nationwide network of churches in areas of cultural intelligence and racial healing.
In 2024, he founded PeaceBuilders Table, a consulting ministry that coaches leaders in practical steps to cultural intelligence and multifaith engagement in public spaces.
In 2025, Pastor Eaton joined the Peace and Reconciliation Network, serving as Regional Co-Coordinator for the United States.
Jim Eaton has engaged in a variety of peacebuilding initiatives internationally, in the Washington, DC metro area, and across the United States. He loves cities, cultures and great coffee. The Eatons have three married children and four grandchildren. They live in suburban Washington, DC.
