Michael and his family joined the mission agency UFM Worldwide in 2012, serving in SE Asia, before beginning in his role as Director in 2017. Previously Michael worked for a number of years in pharmacy management and then in pastoral ministry in Nottingham, UK. His MTh explored the place of Western mission agencies in the sending of workers from Indonesia.
